Like he who continues to deny the existence of HIV and engages in unprotected and reckless sexual conducts, regret will be his, if he is later tested HIV positive. But if he believes in God, repents and continues to obey His Commandments, his regret will be a trillions times smaller than he who denies the existence of God only to one day wake up to hear a voice announcing:
"Today, today is the day of regrets for both believers and non-believers alike".
The believers shall regret for having not done more in the path of God and the non-believers shall regret for having believed in the Big Bang theory. What a regret? What sort of a regret will that be? It will be a very, very PECULIAR one, the only regret that teaches mankind no lesson other than plunging him into further regrets. May Allah forbid all of us reading this such a regret.
Oh yeah who believe in God and in the day of reckoning, let's remain steadfast in faith.
Oh yeah who are still thinking, the day of judgment is real, and it is sure like a day break, believe in Him NOW.
"We showed him (i.e. man) the way: whether he be grateful or ungrateful (rests on his will)." Quran (al-Insan 76:3)
